Job Description:
Teaching: Delivering lectures conducting practical sessions and organizing seminars or workshops on various dermatological topics. This involves creating lesson plans developing educational materials and assessing students progress through exams and assignments.
Curriculum Development: Participating in the development and revision of the dermatology curriculum to ensure it meets the latest medical standards and incorporates advances in the field. This may involve updating course content incorporating new research findings and adopting innovative teaching methods.
Clinical Supervision: Providing supervision and guidance to medical students and residents during clinical rotations in dermatology. This includes teaching clinical skills overseeing patient examinations and facilitating case discussions.
Research: Conducting and publishing original research in dermatology. This involves designing studies collecting and analyzing data and disseminating research findings through publications in medical journals or presentations at conferences.
Mentoring: Providing guidance and mentorship to students residents and junior faculty members interested in pursuing careers in dermatology. This may involve advising on research projects career paths and professional development opportunities.
Service to the Institution: Participating in departmental and institutional committees contributing to administrative tasks and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall academic environment of the medical college.
Continuing Medical Education (CME): Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with the latest developments in dermatology. This may involve attending conferences workshops and CME programs as well as maintaining professional memberships.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational requirements:
Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in Dermatology.
