Professional Category Manager IT/ HR and General Services (187)

In this exciting role you will manage approximately 120 Mio in spend for the categories IT HR and General Services where you will have endtoend responsibility for the process. The main focus lies in the IT Services procurement.

Tasks

• This is a handson role where you will have endtoend responsibility for your categories; its not a management role (no team lead)
• Partner with internal teams and Head of Procurement to identify current and future business needs
• Define terms and conditions on how to engage with suppliers and vendors
• Lead RFXs evaluate analyze and assess results document recommendations and effectively communicate results
• Manage negotiate and implement contracts then monitor their effectiveness
• Trusted partner to suppliers
• Research new potential suppliers understand market forces and identify innovations to internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance to all internal policies and external frameworks

Requirements

• 3 Years of indirect sourcing experience for the categories IT and HR nice if you have experience in the procurement of general services but not a must
• Deep knowledge in the purchase of SAP Products SaaS and IaaS providers and their products
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects in an international environment
• Used to working independently and working with suppliers all the way to contract negotiations
• Confident in drafting and delivering presentations and reports
• Outgoing personality who has no trouble engaging with the team and internal and external clients
• Fluent in English German or French language skills are a nice to have
• Holder of a Swiss open work Permit B Permit C or CH residency
