Job Description:
As a Production Worker you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process contributing to the production of highquality fresh food products. Your responsibilities will include:


Production Line Operation: Execute tasks on the production line including but not limited to packing labeling and assembling products according to company standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards by conducting visual inspections and following established guidelines.
Adherence to Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and equipment as required for the production process following safety guidelines and reporting any malfunctions promptly.
Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness in the production area and adhere to sanitation procedures to meet hygiene standards.


Qualifications:


Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production targets.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexibility to work in various roles on the production line.


Working Conditions:


This role involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Exposure to various environmental conditions including refrigerated areas.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
