Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in onthejob training to learn various production tasks and processes
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment
• Assist in operating production equipment and machinery under supervision
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with equipment or processes
• Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
• Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency enhancements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
• Follow instructions from supervisors and senior production staff

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• No prior experience required as this is an entrylevel position
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and guidelines
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery and equipment
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production needs
