Position Name:Production support of SAP

Description:

• Job monitoring
• Issue resolution
• Interaction / communication with business users
• Coordination with SAPSMO in China for issue resolution
• Coordination with other vendors (Hitachi WMS)
• Required escalations to required stakeholders
• Lead and supervise Shape team for required SAP support

Qualifications:

• Should have strong technical background in SAP.
• Should be able to fully understand adidas SAP logic and business process after required transition.
• Should be able to singlehandedly coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

SAP modules:

• SD: Required
• MM, FI: Good to have

Languages:

• Business level Japanese/English. Chinese is nice to have for communication with some stakeholders.
