PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER LEVEL 1/ 2
Missions:
- Supervise and control the availability of the production environment and control the production backups
- Monitor the smooth running of batch processing of production and test environments
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support and contribute to resolving incidents and problems
- Inform the business lines of any deterioration and/or interruption of services
- Coordinate the provision of test environments within the given timeframe
- Write and update operating documentation and takeover instructions
- Contribute in maintaining and optimizing internal system management processes within a framework based on ITIL with a service management tool.
Prerequisites :
- A degree in Computer Science (at least 2 years in higher education) with previous experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Unix and Windows environment and Scheduling tools (Controlm ideally)
- Team Spirit and Strong client service orientation.
