Role: Process Engineer - Days
Location: Snodland, Kent

Hours: 40 Hours

Our client, a leading international manufacturer, is currently recruiting for an experienced Process Engineer to join their production department at a time of huge growth for the business.

As the Process Engineer, you will be required to participate in the ongoing process improvement program, monitoring the processes and assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving. You will also be required to lead specific projects and analyses as and when required by the wider team.

Duties include:
- To conduct and deliver regular reviews as to the current status of individual projects.
- To ensure resources are assigned to complete projects promptly.
- To assist in the deployment of Lean techniques throughout the site in all departments.
- To actively seek ways to maximise process efficiency.
- To participate in ensuring that relevant training and development programmes are established
for the success of the LEAN tools to be implemented.
- To identify Mechanical / Electrical / Production constraints and bring them to the attention of the
Engineering/Operations Manager.

What we are looking for:
- Previous Technical Engineering Role.
- Previous experience in a process-driven environment.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to analyse problems and action solutions.
- Responds positively to the challenge of developing new systems of work to support a diverse Team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work alone and in a team.
