Job Title: Engineer Production Planning & Control

Location: Tiruchchirappalli

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the role of Engineer Production Planning & Control. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production planning and control subcontracting and expediting within the engineering industry particularly in areas such as Pressure Vessels Heat Exchangers Skids EHouses and heavy fabrication.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop implement and monitor detailed production schedules to ensure that materials equipment and human resources are optimally utilized.
  
• Coordinate and oversee subcontracting processes ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  
• Expedite and track the progress of projects identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process.
  
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g. design procurement quality control) to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  
• Implement and maintain control systems for monitoring production performance workinprogress and finished goods inventory.
  
• Analyze production data preparing reports to identify trends efficiency improvements and costreduction opportunities.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all production activities.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning and Control preferably in engineering industries related to Pressure Vessels Heat Exchangers Skids EHouses and heavy fabrication.
  
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
