Position: Production Operatives

Location: Stakehill Industrial Estate Middleton

Fixed Day shift Night shift

Day shift: 6am 4pm Monday to Thursday 410 hour shifts

Night shift: 8pm 6am Sunday to Wednesday

10 pound uplift per night shift

O/t time paid at a time and a third

Hot work physical pace

We are currently seeking for Production Operatives to join our clients team.

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be involved in the assembly packaging and quality control of our products. This is a handson role that requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures

Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards

Assemble and package products according to specifications

Maintain a clean and organized production area

Troubleshoot equipment issues and report any malfunctions to the production supervisor

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns that may arise during production

Meet production targets and deadlines set by the company

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Ability to operate production equipment and machinery

Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic math and computer skills

Willingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
