We are looking for passionate problem solvers who are interested to create new technology from scratch. The Embedded Firmware developer will work on Embedded Linux Android and various embedded operating systems to write drivers which will simplify the data acquisition problem across various machines categories. The roles also demand fair understanding in dealing with various microprocessor and controllers. This is a fulltime onsite role located in Bengaluru.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Product/Logistics Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the endtoend operations with a focus on production inventory management and dispatch. You will collaborate closely with internal teams suppliers and distribution partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the production process including capacity planning scheduling and quality control to ensure timely production of highquality products.
  2. Manage inventory levels and track stock movements across multiple locations ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely reconciliation.
  3. Ensure the delivery of highquality products to customers by thoroughly inspecting items before dispatch
  4. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components for production optimize inventory levels minimize stockouts develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize carrying costs reduce stockouts and optimize inventory turnover and analyze production and inventory data to identify trends assess performance and make datadriven recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Plan and execute dispatch activities coordinating with transportation and warehousing partners to optimize shipping routes and ensure ontime delivery of products to customers.
  6. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors negotiating contracts resolving disputes and ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production inventory management and dispatch ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  8. Providing coaching training and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence to team.
  9. Collaborate with operation teams field operations team and customer support to align logistics activities with business objectives and customer expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience of 25 years in logistics supply chain management or operations management within the electronics and electrical manufacturing sector.
  3. Strong understanding of logistics principles practices and industry trends with a focus on production inventory management and dispatch.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  5. Proficiency in logistics software and systems such as Zoho inventory and other inventory management tools is a plus.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data identify trends and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  8. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams foster collaboration and drive results.
  9. Attention to detail and a focus on quality with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  10. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as needed.
