Production Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with excellent production planning abilities to oversee the production process and ensure that deadlines are met with the right quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team of production engineers. Coordinating various ISO activities (QMS/EMS/Safety) with the QC team on the shop floor level is essential. Additionally the candidate will be responsible for regular upkeep of the shop floor and machines striving to minimize wastage and rejections. Interacting with the quality/engineering department to address design and quality issues for product development is a key aspect of the role. Other responsibilities include handling client visits at the factory preparing weekly output reports developing tools/methodologies to improve production outputs providing vendor performance evaluation and feedback on a monthly report basis as well as coordinating worker and junior engineer training schedules with seniors.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a BE in Mechanical Engineering with a proactive attitude and excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. A strong command of English and Hindi is required along with a hardworking and gogetter attitude.
