Production Manager

• Report to the Head of IT Allianz Technology Thailand and Head of Production- Asia and has full end-to-end accountability for the IT production (run of applications and infrastructure) at Allianz Thailand
  
• Ensure IT production quality improvement via follow-up activities in case of incidents/outages
  
• Manage, coordinate, continuously improve, and harmonize the CPI (change, problem and incident) process within the OE/region and liaise with customers in those matters
  
• SPOC between Allianz Thailand and AZ Technology stakeholders for IT production and CPI-related topics
  
• Build and maintain application repository, including all application production related data incl. technical connectivity (such as Database connections)
  
• Lead incident management process, coordinating across all technical functions and with the customers to achieve expedited resolution
  
• Perform regular application / service checks with respect to stability, quality and alignment with global Allianz standards, and act as a quality gate for applications
  
• Work together and ensure with the IT function teams to monitor applications and IT in line with the underlying SLAs
  
• Integrate Allianz Thailand operations with Allianz Technology Global target operating model
  
• Define production readiness criteria for Allianz Thailand applications
  
• Contribute to decommissioning and harmonization in the respective OE/region
  
• Work with Allianz Thailand team to create budgets for run services
  

Requirements

• Degree in information technology or relevant
  
• 15 years of relevant experience from multi-national organizations
  
• Experience in matrix organization, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong exposure to AGILE, DevOps, and Waterfall-based SDLC methods
  
• Strong experience in managing project financials, demand management, change management, managing distributed teams, KPI tracking, and reporting alignment within a complex matrix organization would be advantageous
  
• Experience in running production support teams from an insurance company, or a Shared services / Service Provider organization is preferable
  
• Fluent in English
