Production Manager
In a fulltime Production Manager position at Integrity Roofing and Painting you will oversee all facets of a residential roofing project. We install various exterior replacement products for our clients roofing system. As a Production Manager your career will be focused on being proficient in product procurement logistics schedule management product installation and project management. Candidates must be extraordinarily detailoriented and adapt to a fastpaced everchanging office and business environment.

Primary job responsibilities include

• Maintaining exceptionally high standards of client satisfaction and service.
  

• Communicate clear time and quality expectations to homeowners and our contractor teams.
  

• Identify and be able to order all materials installed by Integrity Roofing and Painting.
  

• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance during inspections and installations.
  

• Encourage and participate in team building and mentorship.
  

Qualifications

• Highly developed interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
  

• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
  

• Strong sense of ambition selfmotivation and selfdiscipline.

• Previous construction knowledge is a must.
