1. Production Planning: Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines and customer requirements including material procurement resource allocation and workflow management.
2. Manufacturing Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes reduce costs and increase efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
3. Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that bus bodies meet specified standards and regulatory requirements conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
4. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards including occupational health and safety guidelines.
5. Supplier and Vendor Management: Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components as well as to resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the work of production staff providing training and guidance as needed to ensure that production targets are met.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate production records including production reports quality control data and inventory records and preparing reports for management as needed.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and implementing changes to increase efficiency reduce waste and improve overall performance.
9. Customer Relations: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and preferences and ensuring that bus bodies are produced to meet customer expectations.
