Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Excellence:

• Prioritize organizational needs for efficient resource utilization.
• Showcase your expertise in project management including planning corrective actions and reporting.
• Manage nonrecurring and recurring activities ensuring accountability and defined scope.

Production Engineering Mastery:

• Apply sound engineering principles to optimize product production.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements for efficiency cost reduction and quality enhancement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with design engineering and stakeholders for concurrent engineering success.
• Utilize Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) PFMEA Control Plans and PPAP for product introduction.

Process Optimization and Innovation:

• Evaluate and streamline manufacturing methods and systems using Lean Tools and Value Stream Mapping.
• Lead the introduction of new processes practices and timely project delivery.
• Assist in the development of jigs fixtures and gauges.

System Operation and Reporting:

• Utilize ERP systems to enter and verify bills of materials and routings.
• Engage in the development of the ERP system to enhance production engineering processes.
• Produce and update reports as required.

Health & Safety Quality Assurance Continuous Improvement:

• Demonstrate commitment to health and safety quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report unsafe practices process failures and contribute to corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in production engineering and project management.
• Familiarity with Lean Tools ERP systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
