Production Engineer

• Design develop and validate production processes.
• Create and implement trial plans while setting process parameters.
• Improve layouts and optimize shop floor areas for increased efficiency.
• Standardize workstations to enhance productivity.
• Create relevant documents including PPAP Control Plan SPC PCR change and 7QC tools.
• Utilize quality instruments and conduct drawing studies.
• Ensure correlation of final assembly masters.
• Apply knowledge of 5s Kaizen Poka Yoke and TPM principles.
• Assure compliance with documents related to IATF 16949:2016.
• Participate in new part development and line stepup initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of process design development and validation.
• Familiarity with PPAP Control Plan SPC and other relevant documents.
• Proficiency in utilizing quality instruments and conducting drawing studies.
