Production Associate

Compensation Package:

Responsibilities:
*Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
*Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
*Show strong priority and time management behaviors
*Ensure that all field programs systems and initiatives are being executed at a high level
*Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
* Recruit painting crews
*Provide field training and coach painting crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
*Take ownership with diligent client followup and followthrough
*Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
*Ensure painting crews are compliant with Company OSHA and EPA safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years production experience
*Spanish speaking is a plus
*Construction/management experience preferred
*Must have strong leadership skills
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Detail oriented and organized.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to navigate softwarebased platforms.
