InfraHire is looking for a Production Assistant in Houston TX.
Job Description:
This role will support the Production Manager in three main areas: Production Data Collection & Analysis (facilitating datadriven decisionmaking for improved efficiency and enhanced employee management) Predictive Maintenance Administration and Employee Development & Resourcing.
Responsibilities:
This role will support the Production Manager in three main areas: Production Data Collection & Analysis (facilitating datadriven decisionmaking for improved efficiency and enhanced employee management) Predictive Maintenance Administration and Employee Development & Resourcing.
Responsibilities:
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Compile shift parameter paperwork. - Record verify and submit production numbers to the relevant parties.
- Perform data entry and generate daily weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in the interview and onboarding process.
- Support maintenance administrative tasks.
- Facilitate departmental communication.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the facilitys culture.
- Schedule interviews and cultivate a candidate pipeline.
Skills: - Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ease in adapting to software systems and openness to training.
- Demonstrated accountability and adherence to high ethical standards.
- Administrative proficiency including phone etiquette email etiquette scheduling etc.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
