Job Description: Softengine is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our Product Team. As a Technical Writer you will be responsible for creating clear and concise documentation to support our software products.
Key Functions:
- Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to gather information for documentation.
- Create user manuals technical guides and other documentation for our software products.
- Ensure documentation is accurate targeted complete and easy to understand.
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Update documentation as needed based on feedback and changes to the software.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in English Technical Writing Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in technical writing.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker Microsoft Word or similar.
- Experience with illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop GIMP or similar.
- Knowledge of software development processes and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Strong technical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer support role. Familiarity with Zoho or similar ticketing systems preferred.
