Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and conduct comprehensive employee training programs for new hires focusing
on product knowledge sales strategies and effective product management practices.
2. Lead company booths at expos ensuring effective representation and engagement with
clients.
3. Manage the complete product lifecycle including regular additions enhancements and
discontinuations.
4. Deliver detailed technical presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders to
enhance product understanding.
5. Oversee content creation for products including catalogs and video content maintaining
highquality standards.
6. Establish and implement a robust monthly training program for employees emphasizing
continuous learning on products.
7. Craft and publish daily appreciation posts for employees on social media platforms.
8. Regularly publish engaging monthly company newsletters to motivate employees and
keep stakeholders informed.
