Job Description

Training Content Development: Develop engaging and informative training materials such as manuals presentations videos and interactive modules related to product knowledge and processes in the gifting industry.

Product Knowledge Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure employees have a deep understanding of the companys product offerings including features benefits customization options and special promotions.

Process Training: Train employees on company processes related to order management inventory management quality control customer service protocols and any other relevant operational procedures.

Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees ensuring they receive comprehensive training on products and processes to become productive members of the team quickly.

Continuous Education: Stay updated on industry trends new product launches and changes in company policies or procedures and incorporate this information into ongoing training sessions to keep employees informed and motivated.

Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments quizzes and feedback sessions to ensure employees are retaining information and applying it effectively in their roles.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in training materials and methods and make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience.

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing sales and customer service to ensure alignment between training efforts and overall business goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that employees adhere to quality standards in product presentation customer interactions and order fulfillment processes through regular training and reinforcement of best practices.

Metrics Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness such as employee retention rates customer satisfaction scores and order accuracy and use this data to continually refine training strategies.
