JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must Have
A person should have 610 years of experience as BAPO and be able to define requirements clearly and create EPIC Stories and roadmap for delivery
Backlog management in Azure ADO
The position requires skills and experience in managing product enhancement support and maintenance by stabilizing the product and driving innovation for nextgeneration platform
experience in requirement gathering and product understanding of onprem data/VM/Application migration to Azure Cloud.
Being responsible for the vision for the product and clearly articulating the strategy to management
Business & product roadmap planning developing features and defining requirements
Has leadership strategic problemsolving & design thinking skills to deliver products & features catering to the users needs always keeping the users problems in mind
Preparing launch plans figuring out release goals and prioritizing features
Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated tradeoffs with your client/team.
Identify customers behaviors and needs through research and analysis and drive using data.
Have experience in localization to drive linguistic stylistic and terminology management issues to resolution
Developing and using KPIs/metrics to monitor and measure business to constantly improve it
Processoriented and good knowledge of application data modeling.
Knowledge of Accessibility standards and solutions
User knowledge of UML and Agile Development Methodologies SCRUM or Lean development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of HE Domain & ERP.
