We dont see biofuel as a magic solution for sustainability challenges in logistics. Instead we prioritize offering zeroemissions delivery options to our customers with cargo bikes and electric vehicles.

Our approach includes partnering with couriers who are local heroes to provide a better customer experience investing in technology to bundle and optimize routing leveraging our technical expertise to enhance route efficiency and load management and collaborating with freelance or employed riders.

We are looking for a Product Owner to create and execute our future product vision.

Tasks

You will be responsible for

• Creating and executing our product vision.
• Manage our product roadmap by prioritizing correctly.
• Inspire and challenge your development team and discuss the best approach to wishes from clients consumers riders and colleagues.
• Managing expectations of your stakeholders.
• Stimulate the agile mindset and approach within your team to move quickly.
• Contribute to an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Onboarding of new clients in our systems.
• Being the couterpart for the IT teams of our clients.

Requirements

• You have at least a completed Bachelors or Masters degree.
• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a Product Owner.
• You live in the Netherlands.
• You communicate strongly and know how to build a good relationship with stakeholders and your development teams.
• You are very passionate about datadriven decisions enthusiastic curious and techminded.
• You are a team player.
• You are familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• You enjoy taking on large projects independently and ensuring that they are a success.
• You have a professional level of English (C2).

The following steps are included in our hiring process:

1. We will review your application and respond as quickly as possible.
2. (30 minutes) Video call to get to know you a little better and align with your career goals.
3. (1 hour) Video interview with one of the managers and a team member to learn more about you and your skills.
4. (30 minutes) Call one of our founders to learn more about our mission and your contribution.
