The primary goal of our software is to streamline and automate business processes between those that are working on construction sites and in the home office of construction companies. What You Will Do

hh2 Cloud Services is looking for a Product Owner to join our iPaaS Product team. This individual will have a critical role in the design testing implementation and maintenance of application integrations with existing and new business partners; often serving as a liaison translating business requirements into technical specs for the product engineering teams.

The role will work closely with product managers software developers QA engineers and internal and external stakeholders to help drive the development of product priorities from inception to release.

• Conduct requirements gathering and participate in analysis design and implementation of customer/partner integration requirements.
• Create analyze and validate detailed functional/technical specifications for documentation.
• Facilitate design and solutioning sessions between all the stakeholders knowledge matter experts and the engineering team.
• Collaborate to define product requirements into user stories acceptance criteria and to produce a clearly defined prioritized backlog.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing for new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations (internally and with external partners)
• Provide implementation and production support.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of all integration capabilities and supporting documentation (be the SME).
• Investigate and identify opportunities to optimize existing integrations and business processes.
• Acts as a bridge between stakeholders (internal and external) and product development teams to remove roadblocks resolve conflicts and decide actions.
• Partner with the Product team to produce and maintain project level communication and tracking internally and externally.

Who You Are

• 3 years of experience working as a PO BA or similar role
• Experience as a PO for an Agile Scrum team for a SaaS company
• Understanding of technical integrations and API’s
• Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with and influence others effectively and professionally to achieve desired business outcomes
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes by refocusing energy on highest priority
• Must be able to juggle multiple projects/items at a time
