In a nutshell

Picnics tech team has grown impressively every year. We launch new teams every 612 months to make sure we keep the focus on building high quality products. Our Product Owners therefore grow in tandem with Picnic: you will be part of increasingly growing teams in people numbers and complexity. The role has an important analytical part which centers around analyzing the data of both endusers and our systems. With the insights you develop you steer the direction of our tech products that we build inhouse (e.g. Picnic App Warehouse Systems Distribution App etc.).

The team

Theres a few different product teams looking for Product Owners here at Picnic like Consumer Warehouse Systems Distribution or Inbound! During the recruitment process we will understand together what your strengths are what you can still learn and develop and what team would be your perfect match. In our scale up phase we have plenty of opportunities and even more coming up!

What youll do

• Combine user research and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs and wants of our customers and/or employees and identify areas of improvement
• Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and our other product teams
• Build and support a highly effective team in a rapidly growing organization together with your technical counterpart
• Foster an environment in which your team can excel and get the product to the next level

About you

• You have a Masters degree in Mathematics Physics Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Robotics or related
• You have 25 years of experience in a productled organization ideally as a Product Analyst or Product Owner
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and the mindset of having data & tech at the core of everything you do
• Youre deeply passionate about shipping great products with great user experiences
• You have solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders
• You hold an EU working permit or citizenship
