THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Owner/Business Analyst to work with the Data Scientist in the Imaging team who can develop the roadmap, be a leader in the product vision s execution, and ensure that all feature deliveries have a tangible impact and align to our organization s strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical imaging field.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize and maintain product roadmap/backlog via:
Collaboration with product managers and business stakeholders
Business value assessment of initiatives and incoming feature requests
Mapping of needs and features to strategic goals
Alignment of features across multiple products for broader strategic initiatives
Ensure delivery of product features/capabilities and mitigation of roadblocks through:
Translating product roadmap features into well-defined requirements
Translating requirements into tasks through sprint planning
Planning and leading team scrum meetings
Defining epics, stories, and themes to align tasks with strategy
Maintaining a system for collecting/documenting stakeholder feature requests
Refining our agile methodology based on outcomes and stakeholder feedback
Develop the following and ensure they are detailed, comprehensive, and clearly understood by all relevant teams and stakeholders
User stories / Jira Stories
Define User Requirements
Acceptance criteria/tests
Product feature specifications
Functional and non-functional requirements
Knowledge of industry trends and innovations, especially in
Medical algorithm productization/commercialization
SDLCs/DevOps
Knowledge on AI/ML in medical imaging
Agile management
Medical Imaging, AI/ML, DevOps, Product Management, Business Analysis
