Tasks

As the second fulltime member of the marketing team youll work shouldertoshoulder with our Head of Marketing. Youll be the product marketing expert owning and building out the function but as with any fastgrowing business youll be expected to get involved in other marketing related projects.

• Market research: Identify target customers market opportunities and competitive differentiation and test messaging.
• Messaging and positioning: Develop product messaging and positioning strategies for our technology translating technical product details into benefits that resonate with our target market.
• Targeting and segmentation: Develop and apply segmentation models and deliver comprehensive targeting strategies and personas.
• Product GotoMarket strategy: Plan and execute product launch plans liaising with the wider team to generate high impact moments.
• Sales Enablement: Create internal and external sales collateral including cheat sheets presentations videos and companywide education materials and train the sales team.
• Support marketing campaigns Deliver assets for marketing campaigns including productrelated whitepapers webinars and blogs to support the full customer journey.
• Customer marketing: Build memorable experiences and showcase the magic through handson experiences remote demos and videos

Requirements

• Youre an expert in B2B product Marketing
• Several years experience of product marketing in enterprise software/SaaS
• You have a track record of turning complex technical information into compelling product marketing assets
• You have copywriting experience and enjoy creating your own copy
• Motivated and able to quickly learn highly technical concepts
• Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
• High energy curious and driven to continually raise the bar
• Excellent relationshipbuilding and collaboration skills
• You want to make a positive change in the world through your work
• Willingness to work from our London offices 4 days per week when not travelling
• Battery scientific technical background or experience working in a startup environment would all be advantageous
• Automotive or consumer electronics industry experience a plus
