Our client is a market leader in proving Issuing, Banking as a Service solution for Fintechs and neobanks, Gift card programs for retailers, VCN and V-IBAN solutions for BNPL, Travel, and Corporates.

As a multi-award-winning, industry-leading organisation, they work with a wide range of clients that focus on the delivery of innovative solutions, providing their services to one of the top Neo banks, Issuers, and Issuing banks in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Value proposition and messaging: Craft impactful customer-centric messaging and positioning statements that resonate with our buyer personas. Ensure that these are validated through customer insights and market research.
  • Product launches: Drive launches for our products working closely with a range of cross-functional teams product management, sales, design, PR, and engineering.
  • Product adoption: Develop content strategies to generate awareness and interest in our product, working with Demand Gen, Content, and Design partners to implement your vision. Find and craft stories to tell in campaigns, on our website, and to our clients to enable them to understand the benefits of our product.
  • Sales enablement: Develop sales enablement plans, creating sales content and tools.
  • Up-to-date research: Stay on top of the local competitive landscape and aggregate findings to ensure the rest of the business has a good understanding of our key differentiation points in new markets.
  • Customer insights: Uncover customer insights to steer and validate the product roadmap. Run experiments to test your hypotheses and bring methodical rigour to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy.


Requirements

You are a storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and can adapt how you communicate to reach best and engage your audience from developer to CFO and differentiate us. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager working in technology, payments or B2B fintech is preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases.
Understanding of complex technology and ability to message technical products in a meaningful and compelling way.
Demonstrated prior experience orchestrating successful product launches.
Strong collaboration, influencer, and cross-functional working skills.
Strong project management skills. Self-motivated
