What youll do

As a Product Manager at Evermood you will work closely with your Cofounder Marvin and CTO Tobias to drive the development of our SaaS product from discovery to delivery. You will:

• Manage and define the product strategy roadmap and backlog based on product requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Take on the role of Product Owner for our Scrum team
• Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to come up with hypotheses and prototype and validate ideas
• Communicate across all phases of product development
• Assure product and feature quality in collaboration with our software engineersAnd: You will have lots of freedom to implement your own ideas for improving product management at Evermood.

Your profile

• You identify with our mission to create a healthier and happier work life for everyone.
• You have worked as a digital product manager for about 2 years and have a great understanding of project and stakeholder management.
• You communicate effectively in written verbal and visual form.
• You are a good problem solver with strong analytical skills and a handson technical affinity.
• You love working independently and sitting at the intersection of a lot of different teams.
• You are fluent in German and English (C1 or higher).

Nice to haves (completely optional!):

• You have a good intuition for userfriendly experiences and interfaces (UI/UX).
• You have already worked with some of our tools and frameworks (Figma Linear HTML CSS Ruby on Rails).
• You have a degree formal training or certificate that supports your qualification as a product manager.
