Product Manager - Logistics

• Conduct market research gather insights and ideate on product improvements and innovations
• Develop define and execute product vision strategy roadmap prioritization and sprint planning
• Plan organize manage digitize innovate and automate all functions across the business
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering design and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
• Analyze user feedback and continuously iterate product features to enhance user experience and meet business goals.

• Experience with SDLC/Agile/Scrum methodologies to effectively manage product development processes
• Must have used structured project management via tools like Azure / Jira / Confluence
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively convey product vision priorities and requirements to crossfunctional teams
• Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and user needs
• Analytical skills to gather insights from data and user feedback and use them to iterate product features for continuous improvement
• Understanding of databases SQL Python and BI tools is addon and preferred

• 58 years of Total experience in product pricing or equivalent
• 3 years of prior product experience
• You have a degree in BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA or related field
• You possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts
• You have excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• You have strong analytical skills are comfortable dealing with numerical data and have a strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the logistics industry would be preferred
