Product Manager

• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on overall platform usage features and workflows to guide product optimization.
  
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that enable realtime tracking of product KPIs and performance metrics
  
• Develop recommendations for enhancing platform capabilities adoption and user experience based on analysis
  
• Create visualizations reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to crossfunctional product and technology teams
  
• Monitor key platform health metrics on an ongoing basis flag issues and propose solutions.
  
• Run A/B tests and experiments to validate new features and measure impact
  
• Conduct user research surveys and interviews to understand pain points and evaluate new capabilities
  
• Stay on top of AI/ML product and market trends innovations and competitors.
  

Requirements

• 23 years in a product analytics data science or related role.
  
• Proficiency with SQL Excel data visualization tools (Tableau Looker etc.)
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Ability to translate data into clear actionable recommendations
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Passionate about optimizing AI products and user experiences
  
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the technology industry
  
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development artificial intelligence and machine learning
  
• Deep understanding of product management principles including product lifecycle management market research and agile development
  
• Experience in developing and executing on product roadmaps defining product backlogs and prioritizing features.
