Product Manager

• Strategic planning and marketoriented development of your product portfolio
  
• Product lifecycle management for all products you are responsible for
  
• Timely planning and control of the product development process
  
• Responsibility and project management of product innovations from the idea to the goahead for production
  
• Close cooperation with the relevant departments (development procurement marketing and sales) from conception to market launch
  
• Monitoring of sales contribution margin and results development
  
• Permanent market and competitive observation to identify trends growth potential and consumer insights
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in business administration or an equivalent sound commercial or technical vocational training
  
• At least 35 years of professional experience and proven success in product management and product development preferably in the area of outdoors like retail bicycles apparel etc.
  
• Experience in project management
  
• Solid knowledge in the conception development and marketing of (bicycle) bags
  
• Experience in the field of technical textiles plastics technology and HF welding; beneficial
  
• Active and passionate cyclist with knowhow in everyday life and leisure beneficial
  
• A high degree of team spirit initiative communication skills and resilience as well as the willingness to take on new topics and projects
  
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
