Day to Day:
Rostering integration component
Admin login with reporting features
It is one product.
This product is for elementary and middle school science and social studies
They roster students and test them after the lesson
School has a data system of all students in school.
They pull the class list from the schools
Teachers can assign students in the product
Products are canvas clever schoology google classroom classlink
EB uses all of them^
EB has to program their product to configure with the school systems
Looking for someone that has done integrations with EdTech products before.
These products work with either LTI or one roster.
EB already has the engineering done.
They need to make sure that they can test products and data coming from the schools come over accurately
They want someone that has done the oversight of this type of integration before
Writing stories
Make sure product is collecting the data accurately
Where in these learning management systems are teachers expecting to see this product.
Might be doing some roadmapping but it would be for specific deliverables that they already identified
EBs program delivers the educational content.
Must Haves:
24 years of experience as a product manager
Experience of LMS integrations as a Product Manager
Experience with Jira or similar tool. Jira preferred.
Experience working with Engineering and QA teams; communicating needs to those two teams.
Writing epics and writing user stories
Exp working with complex product
They are agile but not too strict.
Exp in Education (K12) industry

The Product Manager will work with the Product Content Creative Sales & Tech teams to create engaging educational tools for student learning. The position is responsible for ensuring the execution of the strategic vision set forth by the head of the Education Product team. This is a remote position and the candidate must be available during east coast working hours.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Product Manager will work with other product managers UX Design Development and business stakeholders to drive and support innovation on Britannicas products. The role will be responsible for:
1. Designing the LMS integration of new supplemental product offering.
2. Executing and maintaining a streamlined user authentication process for teacher and student log ins
3. Working with the development team to convince and execute SSO and LMS integration for the product line.
4. Understanding complex data and technical dependencies.
5. Supporting the product development process from conception to completion.
6. Collaborating with crossfunctional departments that include business owners QA technology design marketing and content to execute product features and enhancements.
7. Gathering and documenting functional requirements for product features; Translating business needs (collect edit and summarize) into welldefined user stories for our development team.
8. Project managing the product development process to execute and deliver results.
9. Researching external products strategies and trends
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training: BA/BS or equivalent

Experience: Min 5 years of experience in the field of EdTech product development. Candidate must have expertise in the area of student rostering single sign on and Learning management systems.

Skills/Knowledge:
Strong background in developing educational products that include school rostering systems and allow for integration into school LMS systems.
Writing detailed functional and design specifications that translate well into JIRA stories.
Strong technical background and the ability to work closely and advise the engineering team on rostering and LMS integration.
Extensive experience with efficient Product Management practices agile methodology and JIRA software.
Ability to manage product development and to work closely with content team creative team and engineering team
History of product creativity either new standalone products or features to drive key performance indicators and solve a users problem.
Strong eye for good user experience & design and good problemsolving and analytical skills
The successful candidate should be selfmotivated and comfortable working independently; can prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fastpaced environment; be flexible and creative in seeking solutions; and must be highly organized and able to follow up on and follow through on multiple initiatives.

Product that requires LMS integration expedition learning product want to set up admin login with more detailed reporting features
