What you will do:

• You will implement analytic events and use data insights to make wellinformed decisions about game design features and monetization strategies
• You continuously monitor the performance of your games and make datadriven recommendations for adjustments to improve this performance
• You will conduct thorough market research to understand the trends player preferences and successful strategies of competitors
• You will analyze competitors games to identify strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats
• You will develop a comprehensive monetization strategy that combines both Rewarded Ads and InApp Purchases
• You will optimize the pricing and offerings of Inapp Purchases to maximize revenue without compromising player satisfaction
• You will share your knowledge and best practices related to hybrid and casual game development with your team members

Who you are:

• You bring at least 2 years of experience of product management on hybridcasual games
• You are highly analytical and find simple creative solutions to complex problems
• You are constantly striving for more efficiency and creating structure comes naturally to you
• You have a natural desire to learn new things and grow your skill set
• You are very passionate about your work. If there is a problem you are eager to take responsibility and solve it handson
