Innential is a VCbacked remotefirst AI startup located in Berlin Germany.

Were building generative AIbased Assistants to help Tech and Service teams automate training and daytoday knowledge management operations.

We love to solve reallife customer problems using data beautiful UX and AI.

You will work on 2 of our AIbased products to develop existing and new use cases and improvements.
1. Learning Assistant AI AIbased learning marketplace and onboarding platform

2. Service Assistant AI AIbased service operations assistant

Tasks

• Managing the product roadmap of our AI assistants.
• Working directly with founders and the tech team to find datadriven solutions for existing and new customers.
• Managing the product QA process.
• Analyzing and managing product data in our tracking systems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in product management roles.
• Previous experience in a small startup environment directly managing your tech team.
• Previous experience working with frontendfacing B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience with data analytics and data analytics tools Segment Amplitude Google Analytics and Hotjar.
• Youre datadriven detailoriented and have excellent planning abilities.
• You have successfully managed product roadmaps.
• You have directly worked with business stakeholders and customers in your previous jobs.
• You know how to run the QA process and test frontendfacing products.
• You have a good understanding of UX and UI principles and trends.
• You are a doer and are not afraid to hustle to get things done.
• You love and learn about new technologies especially in the field of generative AI we love all the new AI trends :)
• Your English is on C1/C2 level
