Product Manager - Czechia Remote

Our team has over 100 people and were looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Product Manager!

We are seeking a Product Manager with a proven track record of launching successful products. As a vital member of our team you will be instrumental in driving our product from development to launch shaping its future and ensuring its alignment with our business goals.

Tasks

As a Product Manager you will:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch within a tight 3month timeframe.
• Collaborate with our engineering analytics and design teams to define product requirements and roadmap.
• Conduct extensive client interactions to validate hypotheses and gather feedback.
• Apply a handson approach to problemsolving and be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic startup environment.
• Provide laserfocused leadership to the product team setting clear goals unblocking challenges and driving progress.
• Assume full ownership of the product ensuring its alignment with both customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• 48 years of product management experience preferably in a startup or in launching new product lines within a large SaaS company.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully launching at least one ideally two or three products.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive mindset in driving product development and team collaboration.
• Excellent client interaction skills with experience in hypothesis testing and product validation.
• Comfortable in a fastpaced resourceconstrained startup environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
