Product Manager At Ecommerce Company

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to work for our Makati based client. For this role we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

The Role

Experienced Product Managers with a background in Software Development or Informatics are invited to explore an exciting opportunity with us a leading ecommerce aggregator. Collaborate with an international team on innovative projects and discover what we have to offer in terms of a dynamic work environment.

As a Product Manager work closely with the lead product manager playing a pivotal role in leading a highperforming team through the entire product lifecycle. Focus on strategic planning product roadmapping and identifying new opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Thinking: Formulate effective business models and contribute to strategic planning processes.

• Prioritization: Manage tradeoffs and prioritization considering stakeholder experience business impact development team capabilities performance and postlaunch support.

• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with tech data and BI teams to ensure timely and highquality releases of products tools data pipelines and PBI dashboards.

• Product Lifecycle Management: Shape create and oversee activities spanning product definition and planning through production and release.

Experience:

• Multiple years of experience in Product Management Product Ownership or IT Project Management.

• Technical Background: Background in areas such as software development business analysis or related fields to ensure a solid technical understanding.

• Agile Methodology: Proficient in an agile work approach and open to continuous learning unlearning and adjusting to enhance productivity.

• Communication Skills: Demonstrate proficient written verbal and collaboration skills. An outgoing funloving attitude coupled with a relentless thirst for learning.
