Profile: Associate Product Manager Lending
Our product team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries including banking NBFCs fintech and other fields. As an Associate Product Manager for the products and solutions in these verticals you will have a significant role to perform.
What will you do:
What will you do:
- During the research design and development process often communicate with other important stakeholders to define the product vision iterate the product and collaborate on execution
- Send out daily weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders
- Obtain client master data then develop accounting policies using that information
- Take part in the QA process for solutions to make sure that all features and functions have been activated and optimized
- Throughout the course of the project requirements are managed and tracked; as necessary they are enforced and redefined
- Define processes utilizing a graph or other tools.
Requirements
Apply if you have:
- B.Tech/MBA or 2 years of related experience
- Ability to operate in a very fastpaced constantly changing and evolving environment
- Crisp written and verbal communication skills as well as consultative abilities
- Good business sense strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Design thinking user empathy and deep understanding of Indian customers
- Technical understanding with an ability to be handson with the team of Engineering for the implementation and tradeoffs
- Good sense of UI and UX
- An eye for detail and the ability to execute precise work
- Knowledge of Lending/NBFC industry and softwares like LMS LOS Collections CRM
- Understanding of accounting in the Banking/Lending industry.
- It will be advantageous to have knowledge of SQL databases and other technology
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
- Experience on wireframing or prototyping tools like Figma
- Knowledge of SDLC

Promoter Profile
Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 14 years of working with various banks HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay.
