Product Line Manager

We are now looking for a Product Line Manager to strengthen our product management team. In this key role you will take charge of a product line specifically concentrating on Evac Wet Waste Treatment systems. Evac Wet Waste Treatment systems are used to collect store transport and process organic waste streams onboard ships and on land all over the world. These products include among others the novel Evac HydroTreat a game changing HTC based system for processing waste into useful biochar. In this role you will report to Vice President Products & Engineering and have a highly interesting and versatile key role in developing Evac business and developing its future solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop own product line to drive business growth and secure competitive product offering for customer needs

• Responsible for product development projects of the product line product development roadmaps budgeting and followup. Including new development as well as continuous improvement and product upkeep

• Product portfolio and life cycle management

• Assess market trends customer expectations and competition to secure competitive product offering

• Support and work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as sales delivery projects and sourcing to ensure profitability cost competitiveness on time delivery and quality of the products

Requirements:

• Several years experience of product and project management in marine environmental or cleantechrelated field

• Commercial mindset and experience in business development

• Strong technical competence and understanding of waste treatment process technologies

• Fluent spoken and written English

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant area

• Excellent collaboration communication and presentation skills

• Strong team lead and work organization skills

• Willingness to travel

• Proactive well organized and outgoing team player with a cando attitude
