**Job Title:** PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Specialist
**Location:** France (Only for French Nationals) Immediate Joiner with Domain Expertise
**Job Type:** FullTime
**About the Company:**
Your Company Name is a leading industry/domain company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Specialist to join our dynamic team in France. This position is open exclusively to French nationals and individuals currently in the UAE from France are also encouraged to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **PLM Implementation:**
Lead the planning design and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and customize PLM solutions accordingly.
Ensure seamless integration of PLM into existing business processes.
2. **Functional Expertise:**
Handle the functional side of PLM systems such as Teamcenter 3dEx Windchill etc.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues ensuring optimal performance of PLM systems.
3. **System Configuration and Support:**
Configure PLM systems to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Provide technical support for PLM users troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to address any technical challenges related to PLM.
4. **Data Management:**
Oversee the management of product data throughout its lifecycle.
Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain data migration strategies when necessary.
5. **Collaboration and Training:**
Facilitate training sessions for endusers to ensure effective utilization of PLM systems.
Foster collaboration among different departments to enhance the overall PLM experience.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
Stay updated on the latest PLM technologies and trends.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within PLM workflows.
Provide recommendations for enhancements to the PLM system based on user feedback.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in PLM implementation and configuration.
3. Indepth knowledge of PLM systems specifically Teamcenter 3dEx Windchill and their integration with other enterprise systems.
4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. French citizenship is mandatory.
**Additional Requirements:**
1. Immediate availability to join the team.
2. Domain expertise in Defence is highly desirable.
3. Candidates currently residing in the UAE from France are welcome to apply.
