Product Engineering Head KANINI India

We are looking for a Strategic product engineering professional whose job is to help oversee and coordinate the various projects and other strategic initiatives across the organization.
Work Location Chennai (Preferred) Experience 18 years
You will be responsible for leading a team of skilled engineers and overseeing the end toend development and enhancement of our products using Microsoft tech stack Java DevOps Cloud engineering. Your leadership and technical expertise will be pivotal in driving innovation scalability and the successful delivery of highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to the Product Engineering team in leveraging .NET technologies Java DevOps and Cloud Engineering for product development.
- Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design coding testing deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define product features and functionality.
- Enforce coding standards best practices and ensure the use of modern development methodologies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Define delivery processes methodologies and standards for consistent project execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Lead the presales team in crafting compelling pitches proposals and presentations that showcase our solutions and value proposition.
- Provide guidance and support to presales professionals in client engagements.
- Collaborate with Product Management Design Quality Assurance and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Develop and implement effective talent strategies (with TA team) to attract a diverse pool of top talent and collaborate with HR (TM & TE) and hiring managers to ensure we have the right Talent in place.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Or Engineering (masters degree preferred).
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft tech stack and best practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to lead complex technical projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in other relevant technologies such as cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) front end frameworks and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
