Background:

Our client a leading innovator in Healthtech based in Sweden specializes in developing cuttingedge solutions for hospitals worldwide. Their flagship product an advanced system for activating best practice guidelines revolutionizes perioperative care significantly improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare spending. With a strong track record of growth and a commitment to excellence they are now seeking to expand their customer development team with a seasoned Product Education & Support Consultant.

Role Overview:

As a Product Education & Support Consultant youll be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional education and support initiatives. Collaborating closely with the customer success and product teams youll play a pivotal role in enhancing client understanding and product adoption worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ELearning Platform Management: Contribute to creating updating and maintaining the elearning platform facilitating seamless onboarding and continuous learning for healthcare professionals.
  • Firstline Functional Support: Own firstline functional support for healthcare professionals triaging 2nd/3rd line issues within JIRA and liaising with the product organization.
  • Project Involvement: Participate in other projects within customer and product development as deemed relevant.

Profile:

Skills and Experience:

  • 13 years of fulltime working experience preferably in a smaller health tech company or adjacent field with a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in content creation for diverse audiences with expertise in elearning visuals and videos. Knowledge of Learnster is advantageous.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience in customer support including problemsolving and issue triaging. Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in and/or for healthcare is highly desirable.
