Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Product
Development Technologist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving innovation
developing new products and ensuring the continued excellence of our offerings. If you have a

Responsibilities:
1.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and production to
understand market trends customer needs and project requirements.
2.Conduct research and development activities to create new and improved food ingredients
ensuring they meet quality safety and regulatory standards.
3.Design and execute experiments analyze data and draw actionable conclusions to inform
product development decisions.
4.Scaleup successful prototypes for commercial production working closely with
manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
5.Stay abreast of industry developments emerging technologies and ingredient trends to
inform the development of innovative products.
6.Collaborate with external partners suppliers and research institutions to leverage expertise
and resources for product development initiatives.
7.Maintain accurate records of experiments formulations and results and contribute to the
development of technical documentation.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors or advanced degree in Food Science Food Technology or a related field.
2.Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in product development within the food industry
with a focus on ingredient development.
3.Strong understanding of food science principles formulation and sensory evaluation.
4.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food product development.
5.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with
crossfunctional teams.
7.Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
