Position Description:
- We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easytouse products for our clients.
- UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
- To be successful in this role you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools.
Responsibilities:
- Creating usercentered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Creating user flows wireframes prototypes and mockups
- Translating requirements into style guides design systems design patterns and attractive user interfaces
- Designing UI elements such as input controls navigational components and informational components
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images sketches and tables)
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Collaborating effectively with product engineering and management teams
- Incorporating customer feedback usage metrics and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
- Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industrys most recent trends and innovations.
- Create storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans.
Qualifications Required Skills and Selection Criteria:
- Bachelors degree in computer science and a minimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience.
- Working knowledge of UX design principles
- User interface design
- Ability to provide intuitive redesign of exiting screens that provides great user experience with minimal clicks
- Graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Wireframing/prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Sketch
- UX design tools such as Figma Axure or InVision
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer science/engineering related field.
- Hands on experience in UI frameworks like React
- Strong leadership communication interpersonal organizing and problemsolving skills
- Good presentation skills with ability to communicate proposals to diverse audiences (user groups stakeholders and senior management).
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced & dynamic environment.
- Exposure to multiple diverse technologies platforms and processing environments.
Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science and a minimum of 5 years UI/UX design experience.
- Working knowledge of UX design principles
