Your impact

As Product Designer (m/f/d) you support our team in all activities around product design and how our interfaces will look like and be used.
Location: Berlin

• Designing usercentric interfaces for various digital products (e.g. Web App iOS App) using Figma.
• Collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement new solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
• Creating low and high fidelity mockups and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Evaluating user feedback to enhance and refine the user experience.
• Establishing and promoting design guidelines best practices and standards for the team. We already have a design system in place which you will lead internally.
• Create external presentations for pitches seminar or something similar to maintain a consistent design language.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Product Designer UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio and min. 3 years of full time experience (less is fine if your portfolio showcases your skills)
• Degree in Design Interaction Design or related field is preferable
• Figma is not just a tool for you; its your domain of expertise: you show proficiency in creating wireframes visual designs and prototypes in Figma
• Excellent visual design skills with an ambition to build a joyful product people love to use dailyYour availability
