We are looking for a Product Designerin our team. As a Product Designer you will be responsible for solving complex problems by using creativity in every pixel while considering technical limitations. Your ultimate goal will be to redefine the user experience and drive the company forward. We are looking for proactive thinkers who are not afraid to explore new horizons and take ownership of their ideas. Strong knowledge of UX Design is highly valued and forms the backbone of our approach.

What Youll Do:

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX writers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Work collaboratively to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Proactively propose innovative design solutions.
• Ability to articulate and elaborate design decisions based on user feedback and best practices.
• Establishing and maintaining design systems within Figma.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research analyze feedback and extract actionable insights.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You have practical experience in designing complex interfaces.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adjust design decisions to the changing requirements.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining design systems within Figma.
• Ability to articulate and elaborate design decisions based on user feedback and best practices.
• Understanding of basic HTML & CSS principles to effectively communicate with developers.
• Portfolio that showcases your direct contributions to multiple projects.
• UpperIntermediate level of English.

**Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with AdTech/MarTech industries.
• Experience using analytics and user behavior tools like Amplitude Hotjar Userflow.
• Understanding of design token principles for consistent design across projects.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
