Product designer 80-100

MyCamper is the largest sharing platform for camping vehicles in Sweden Norway Finland Denmark and Switzerland. Our mission is to make camping accessible for everyone by making better use of existing resources.

The product designer is responsible for the user experience of the MyCamper platform. You work closely with the product management and tech team to ensure that the platform develops in accordance with the product strategy.

Tasks

Youre responsible for identifying customer problems and coming up with ways to solve them. Through better usability you contribute to making the MyCamper platform a delight to use.

• You identify the problems we want to solve by collecting and analyzing qualitative feedback from stakeholders.
• You support customer discovery processes by creating prototypes and conducting interviews and user testings.
• You improve the usability of the MyCamper platform by designing outstanding user interfaces and product designs.
• You increase the conversion rates on the renter and vehicle owner sides through a test and learn approach and iterative improvement of the user flows.
• You ensure the designs embody the MyCamper brand consistently.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in product design of a consumer facing technology product.
• You have experience with using customer research and user testing to generate customer insights at scale.
• Experience in creating fantastic user experiences by producing visually appealing and consistent designs.
• Experience with working with Figma.
