• Partner closely with product teams to instrument and analyze product adoption and impact. Influence the product roadmap by providing answers to key business questions and enabling objective decisionmaking.
• Provide data and insights to support earnings calls influence marketing activities and inform strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer engagement reduce churn and increase upsell and crosssell opportunities.
• Build analytics solutions to democratize deep product metrics across the organization. Utilize strong database skills to work with large complex data sets. Communicate findings to stakeholders and initiate initiatives for improving business performance.
• Derive value from existing analytics frameworks and jump in to build new ones when the business requires them.
• Monitor product adoption KPIs and tie them to adjacent business data models to bring out opportunities for expansion and retention.
• Strong handson experience SQL and Python for data extraction and manipulation from relational/nonrelational databases.
