Amusement Business
Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.
Initiatives for New Business Creation

Roles and Responsibility
We are looking for a producer for a new title of Ryu ga Gotoku Studio.
- Producing work related to project development and management
- Producing game products and videos in multiple languages
- Coordination of schedules and budgets with our overseas subsidiaries and partner companies
- Localization and culturalization for the entire world
- Community management and PR direction
- Presentation to management
Minimum Requirements
- We are seeking a producer project manager or PR director with experience in creating products in the entertainment genre such as the game or video industry
- Producers and project managers with experience in worldwide product or service development
- Have played Ryu ga Gotoku or Judge Eyes series
- At least 2 years of experience working for a game company in Japan
- Japanese level N1 or above
Preferred Requirements
- Experience living in Europe and the U.S.
- Business level English skills
- Experience in producing large game titles

Location: NishiShinagawa Shinagawaku Tokyo
- Remote : Hybrid (Come to office 3 times a week
Annual Salary: 5M 13M JPY
- Salary revision: Once a year
- Bonus: Twice a year (June December) Performance bonus and incentives available
- Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)
- Annual salary increased by 15% from July 2023
Hours: Flex: 8:00 22:00 (Core time: 10:30 15:30)
