The role

We are looking for a dynamic Purchase Operations Manager to join our growing team. If you possess strong analytical and organizational skills easygoing and keen for developing in an IT company we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Take care of processing local purchases: the whole circle starting from receiving the task with description and leadtime to actually getting the goods into the location.
• Get in touch with existing suppliers and extend the local suppliers database.

• Operating all purchases in the Finnish entity: prepare and deliver accurate and timelytasks/tickets into several systems to process the payment and later the delivery of the goods.

• Crossfunctional collaboration several teams will be involved into the process. These might be IT/engineer purchase finance logistics.
• Create dashboards and report on existing tasks to ensure all payments are done within the deadline.
• Collaborate withtheteams in caseany invoicing discrepancies or issuesoccur.

We expect you to have:

• Fluent English and Finnish languages.
• Experience in operationsIT purchases or a related rolewill be an advantage.
• Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
• Goodtime managementskills prioritizing tasks and meetingdeadlines.
• Understanding ofNetsuite will be an advantage.
• Goodcommunication skills to effectively collaborate withinthe teams.
• Outlook and MS Officeadvanceexperience.
